An elegant pair of mokko-gata tsuba for a Daisho
Edo Period
Each one designed with two hitsu-ana within the shakudo-nanako ground. Both decorated in takazogan with butterflies beside sprays of peony. One tsuba with both hitsu-ana plugged in gilt-metal.
Both about 7.5cm (3in) high. (2).
