  • FIRST EDITION. The ten large contiguous plates form a magnificent panoramic view of Athens as viewed from the Acropolis which, if joined together, would measure approximately 455 by 5800mm. Ferdinand Stademann, a Bavarian, was a member of the regency which governed Greece during Otto I's minority (1832-1835), holding the office of Secretary of State.
