Longqing four-character mark and of the period
The centre painted with a scene of two birds and an egret in a landscape with water reeds, a tree and lingzhi fungus, the design outlined in blue and filled with wash, the plain cavetto raising to an angled flange rendered with a key-fret border, the base inscribed with four-character mark alongside a circle of dots.
