An Indian late 19th century gem set heart-shaped brooch
The front pavé set through with multiple gemstones, including zircons, turquoise, rubies, sapphires, emeralds, chrysoberyls, etc, the reverse with polychrome enamel foliate decoration in red, green and white, the sides with green enamel decoration and suspended pearl drops, later pin fitting, length 4.5cm.
