1. WESTON, EDWARD. 4 Autograph Letters Signed and 9 Autograph Postcards Signed (“Edward Weston,” “Edward,” “EW” and “E”), 13 pp, 4to and 12mo, Carmel, March 6, 1950 to March 17, 1952, to Chappie Packard, letters on personal letterhead with original autograph transmittal envelopes, some thumbing and wear throughout.
2. WESTON, BRETT. 4 Autograph Letters Signed and 1 Autograph Postcard Signed (“Brett Weston” and “Brett”), 5 pp, 4to and 12mo, Monterey, November 26, 1951 to January 28, 1952, to Chappie Packard, three letters with original autograph transmittal envelope, pages lightly toned and thumbed, wear to envelopes. With 1951 Brett Weston promotional pamphlet.

A collection of warm letters from the father and son photographers to a Berkeley area gallery manager. Most letters are invitations to view the property at the Weston home in Carmel; in one letter Edward Weston quotes the price of his prints at $25; in another, he complains that the correspondent’s check has bounced.
