Medal awarded to Theo Harper, right back for Notts County who played a prominent part in the 1894 victory played at Goodison Park that ended Notts County 4 Bolton Wanderers 1. Engraved with coat of arms, footballers and '1894' on the obverse. “Winners Notts County T. Harper on the reverse”. 18 ct gold, hallmarked, ring suspension. 3.1cm diam.
