Cal.72M nickel plated 17 jewel movement adjusted to three positions with overcoil hairspring, white dial with three-color printing, applied gilt dagger markers accented by luminous dots, gilt luminous hands, subsidiary dials for running seconds, 30 minute and 12 hour registers, two-piece water-resistant type case with screw-down reverse, Super Oyster crown, on black strap with stainless steel Rolex buckle, case, dial and movement signed
diameter 35mm.

  • Launched in the early 1950s the model 6034 was the second Oyster cased chronograph manufactured by Rolex and the first of the highly desirable 6XXX series of chronograph models.

    Examples with red and blue outer calibrated tachometer/telemeter scales to the dial, particularly in such excellent original condition as offered here, are very rare.
