Case No.506, circa 1820's
Frosted gilt movement, replaced plain brass balance cock, flat brass three arm balance, polished hammers repeating on two gongs, and the musical work with blued steel teeth, enamel dial with painted classical scene of a temple with river and wood land, applied engraved automaton figures, one depicting a female playing a lyre the other depicting a See Saw, at one end a cherub and the other a butterfly, engine turned subsidiary time dial with Arabic numerals, two winding apertures, polished case with milled band and engine turned back 59mm.
