Plumbago on vellum, signed on the obverse and dated T Forster/ Delin/ 1701, turned black wood frame, inscribed on the reverse Lady of/ William Talbot/ Bishop of Oxford/ 1699/ drawn by TFoster [sic]/ 1701.
