  • The Carnaby Cavern, in London's Carnaby Street, made clothes in the '60s and '70s for many of the rock and pop stars of the time. Danny Benjamin, who ran the shop, remembers Marc well and has confirmed that they supplied a number of suits and other items to him.
Marc can be seen wearing a similar suit in the photograph used for the cover of the 2006 album release, 'Marc Bolan & T. Rex - The Final Cuts', a copy of which is included with the lot.
