Britannia, sive florentissimorum regnorum Angliae, Scotiae, Hiverniae, et Insularum adiacentium, sixth Latin edition, first edition with county maps, additional engraved title incorporating a map of Britain (after William Rogers 1600), 57 maps engraved by William Kip or William Hole mostly after Christopher Saxton or John Norden, 8 plates showing coins, woodcut head-pieces and initials, occasional light dampstains, a few skilful repairs to lower margins without loss, inscribed "Lib. J. Pirce Coll. Jes. Oxon, 1769" on additional title, early annotations in margins and elsewhere, contemporary calf, gilt spine, rubbed, rebacked [Skelton 5; STC 4508], folio, George Bishop and John Norton, 1607
