11cm blade with facetted back edge, carved wood basket weave hilt set with silver studs and applied with addorsed 'L' monogram, the mounts embossed with celtic strapwork, the pommel set with a stone, leather scabbard with mounts embossed with regimental motifs, the locket engraved with owner's name 'Wallace Rea'. Hallmarked Edinburgh 1917, together with a modern skean dhu in scabbard.(2)
