Composed of a series of graduated blue and red guilloché enamel hearts each with a central red or white flowerhead motif, set alternately with old brilliant-cut diamonds within square white enamel borders suspending a pearl swing drop, to a blue and white enamel back-chain, pearls untested, length 38.0cm., fitted case by Frazer and Haws from Garrards, 31 Regent St. Piccadilly
