Designed as a flowerhead, the central old brilliant-cut diamond cluster with old brilliant-cut diamond scrolling leaves alternating with collet-set old brilliant-cut diamonds, mounted in silver and gold, detachable brooch fitting, diamonds approx. 5.60ct. total, length 2.6cm.
