shaped circular with shell and scroll border, the centre flat chased with alternate panels of flowers and acanthus leaves and panels of hatching, crested within an elaborate foliate surround, the reverse later engraved with presentation inscription, diameter 28.3cm and a George II/III Irish silver waiter, by William Townsend, Dublin, shaped circular form with an applied shell and gadroon border, the centre flat chased with a band of birds, trailing fruiting vine tendrils and "C" scrolls, raised on three feet, engraved with script initials, diameter 16.4cm, weight 32oz.
