A very large late Victorian oak extending dining table
The rounded corner rectangular top with a moulded edge, over plain inset friezes, on six reeded and knop turned and fluted tapering legs to ceramic wheel castors, with nine leaves (of differing sizes), extending to 489cm, 153cm wide, one of the mahogany rails with circular inset ivorine tablet inscribed 'Hamptons, Pall Mall, London', repolished.
