Library stamp to title-page and to dedication leaf, final few leaves with minor dampstaining to gutter margin, a few leaves with faint foxing, but generally internally quite clean, binding worn with covers detached, calf separating from boards.
First edition. Sir John Soane, who specialized in the Neo-Classical style, is among the great English architects.
