Cal.215, rhodium plated 18-jewel movement adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions with Geneva quality seal, shock-protected Gyromax balance and lever escapement, champagne dial with applied Roman numerals, rectangular subsidiary seconds dial and feuille hands, large flared and curved rectangular case with Calatrava crown, reverse with commemorative engraving, on leather strap with 18k gold Patek Philippe pin buckle, case, dial and movement signed, with original presentation case, certificate, silver medal and related ephemera

  • Produced in 1997 to mark the inauguration of Patek Philippe's new watchmaking center in Geneva. The Pagoda reference 5500 was made in a limited edition of 1100 examples in 18k yellow gold, 500 in rose gold, 250 in white gold and 50 in platinum. Destruction of the tools and dies used in the manufacture ensures that this model can no longer be produced.
