Contemporary full brown calf, rebacked, covers centered with gilt foliate diamond, upper cover with gilt-lettered ownership attribution, gilt-lettered spine label. Wanting O6, title-page mounted with outer margin trimmed, brief ownership inscription to top margin of first dedication page, front hinge cracked after dedication, generally internally clean, covers with corners reinforced, wear to boards, joints somewhat rubbed.
