The enamel dial with Roman numerals indistinctly inscribed E. Vittoz et Cie a Paris, time and strike movement stamped Fabrique de E. Vittoz & Cie a Paris, housed within a rectangular pedestal with incurved corners flanked by standing putti, one with finger to mouth gesturing for silence, the other holding flowers, surmounted by the figure of Cupid with a quiver of arrows strapped across the back, kneeling on the ground and aiming a bow, signed JEAN DEBAY, all raised on eight toupie feet; the en suite tazzae with figural standard modeled as a putto kneeling on a lily pad and supporting a circular shell on the head, all on a square plinth with incurved corners.
