mezzotint, head and shoulders, signed in pencil by Cousins in the lower margin, marked 'Private Plate', in an oval, dated December 1830 and noted as being 'from the original Picture of the same size in the Possession of Mrs Burns Painted by Alexr Nasmyth in 1787', very full margins, extremely fine, 24¼ x 20 in (61.6 x 50.8 cm).
