  • Regarding the first basket Craig Bates wrote "Very finely stitched, especially for a basket made of willow, with 11 coils and 19-20 stitches per inch." On the second he remarked "This basket appears to have been made by the same weaver as Cain Collection 10A." #10A is auction number 1100.
