A pair of Aubusson tapestry fragment panels

The first depicting a lady in elegant costume and a fisherman with his catch, a young boy in attendance, below an overhanging branch with a building and a ship's mast in the near distance, the second depicting a lady in elegant costume and other figures resting on barrels by quay side with moored vessels and a town to the distance, inscribed with a monogram and dated 1776 to the barrel, possibly after a painting by Joseph Vernet, one with label to the reverse inscribed Monsieur Reymond Decorateur Rue d'Artois, no. 12 ou 14, Paris, both with printed labels inscribed Rockefeller Center exhibition no. 18.
