Five porcelain snuff bottles
19th and Early 20th Centuries
The first molded in the form of a recumbent fu dog with his jaws clamped upon a brocade ball, green jadeite stopper; the remainder all cylindrical form: two with blue and white decoration, one with rose quartz stopper, the other lacking stopper; one featuring a mythical figure on a deer set within a white reserve on a faux-wood ground, apocryphal Qianlong mark to the base, turquoise glass stopper; and the last depicting a scene from a Chinese drama in polychrome enamels, four-character hallmark to the base (lacking stopper).
