Portion of an antiphonal leaf [France: c. 1450]. 125 x 165 mm Five illuminated initials recto and verso in blue, green and red on grounds of liquid gold, with one large initial "A" with centerpiece miniature of St. Mark in pastoral grounds praying to Christ through a window in the heavens. Light soiling, else a fine example.
