An early 20th century carved oak longcase clock,
Clifton, Liverpool,
with two train movement, the 12 inch arched brass dial with roman chapter ring, subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture, with pierced spandrels surrounding and a pair of winged putti holding a central crowned cartouche motif, the hood with a pair of columns below a carved and moulded cornice, the trunk with shaped door and plinth base carved throughout with foliate and strapwork motifs, 219cm high.
