No.2 Special Pullman set LNER, an exceptionally well preserved example from early/mid 1931 with final livery "yorkshire" with press-on nickel wheels and second livery No.2 Sp Pullman "Lolanthe" and "Arcadia", all with small link couplings. Complete with lamps in packet, key, corridor connector and one end plate. Box is crisp with all partitions, original blue tissue paper, loco wrapper and string, tested label and guarantee coded 4 30. Supporting literature comprises 1930-31 illustrated price list 98.30), Meccano flyer (5.30) and " How To Plan Your Hornby Railway" (4.30). Tender has one broken scoop handle, loco front coupling link is detatched and one door handle from "Arcadia" otherwise in excellent condition with no damage to paintwork (other than that done in the factory!).
